In case you don’t quite get the title reference it is from a show called The Inbetweeners. A US version of it has just started, and, is quite frankly, absolutely horrible in comparison to how brilliant the original was. Rant Over.
As you can see I have started to make some American based friends. I recently, however, found out that the deer I am pictured riding around on is actually a pre-pubescent boy, which made me feel rather like a paedophile and thus I decided against this happening again. I’ve had enough time spent around with young boys already (I work in a school, I don’t hang around park swings).
In other news I also managed to run my first instance, but more importantly, I was on Ventrilo with a local. Unfortunately he was, for want of a better word, boring. I thought it may have just been me at first but regardless of how much I tried I kept drawing one word answers, so I gave up. I shall keep a sharp eye out for anymore situations.
I’m trying to keep the entries short and sharp so far…is it good or should I try and write a bit more?

I really hate this cultural trope of man + boy = PREDATOR. Personally I can’t stand kids, but it’s pretty awful that people who might want to be a good influence will never get the benefit of the doubt.
I work in a school teaching young kids, it really does start to get to you after a while!
